Cinemark Cash is similar to store credit. If you are logged into your Cinemark account and request a refund, you’ll have the option to choose between Cinemark Cash and a refund back to your original form of payment. If you choose to refund in the form of Cinemark Cash, the full dollar amount of your purchase will be credited to your Cinemark account instantly and you can apply that credit towards your next purchase! If you used a credit card to pay for your purchase and choose to refund back to your original form of payment, the full dollar amount of your purchase will be credited to your account typically up to 5-7 business days. If you used Movie Club credits or Cinemark gift card(s) to pay for your purchase, the refund will be reflected immediately.
