A private screening is the opportunity for your group to see a current film on the date and time of your choice. You will be required to purchase every seat in the auditorium plus a minimal administrative fee.
Your group may rent an auditorium if you have rights to the film you are requesting. All independent films must be screened by a Cinemark representative prior to booking. Unless the film is already in DCP format, you will be required to pay conversion fees on top of auditorium rent.
Yes, our Film Department will request permission from the film studio, if the requested film is available on DCP.
AV is required any time that equipment is plugged into our projector or sound system. This includes DVD, Blu-ray, PowerPoint, etc.
A Digital Cinema Package (DCP) is a collection of digital files used to store and convey Digital cinema (DC) audio, image, and data streams. This format is required for our digital projectors to ingest the film content. If your film is not in DCP, you will be required to convert.
Concession minimums do not apply to Private Screenings or Meetings. Most groups opt to purchase Concession Supersavers (valid for a junior popcorn and small soft drink) or Cinemark Gift Cards for each attendee.
Payment is due in full upon execution of an Event Agreement. A 50% refund is applicable if cancelled at least three weeks prior to the event day.
