Universal Cinemark at CityWalk- Parking Information

Now you can get your regular parking fee reimbursed when you purchase two or more Universal Cinemark Matinee Tickets* at Universal Cinemark at CityWalk. Just present your regular parking fee receipt when purchasing your movie tickets. If you pre-purchased movie tickets, show them at the box office to receive your reimbursement. All movie tickets must appear on the same receipt.

Free regular parking* for matinee movie showtimes from 11am – 6pm with purchase of two or more Universal Cinemark matinee tickets.
(Regular Parking fee must be paid in full and then will be reimbursed upon presentation of parking receipt. Restrictions apply.)

Free self-parking after 6pm for all guests.

Q: How will I be reimbursed for my Regular parking?
A: You will receive a cash reimbursement at the Universal Cinemark Box Office once you purchase two or more matinee movie theatre tickets or show your pre-purchased movie theatre tickets along with your tickets receipt and paid Regular Parking receipt. The theatre ticket purchases must be included within one receipt. The reimbursement is only valid on the date of purchase and for matinee movie showtimes from 11am - 6pm. The reimbursed amount will be based on what the guest paid for Regular Parking.

Q: Can I get reimbursed if I go to the theatre, but use valet, RV/Bus or prime parking to park?
A: The Universal Cinemark Matinee Free Parking program is only available to guests who purchase and park in Regular Parking. Valet, RV/Bus and Prime parking are excluded.

Q: Can I receive a reimbursement on my parking if I only purchase one movie theatre ticket?
A: To qualify, you must purchase two or more movie theatre tickets or show your pre-purchased movie theatre tickets and present your parking receipt at the Universal Cinemark Box Office. The theatre ticket purchases must be included within one receipt.

Q: Does the parking reimbursement qualify with any movie purchase?
A: Yes, the purchase of any two or more matinee movie theatre tickets for the Universal Cinemark located at Universal CityWalk qualifies for reimbursement of paid Regular Parking.

Q: Can I still get my Regular Parking reimbursed if I purchased my movie tickets ahead of time and not at the Universal Cinemark Box Office?
A: Yes, once you present the receipt for your pre-purchased matinee movie theatre tickets and paid parking receipt, you will receive a reimbursement for your paid Regular parking.

Q: What if I go to see a movie, but forgot my parking receipt in the car?
A: You will need to bring your paid Regular Parking receipt to the Universal Cinemark box office in order to receive a reimbursement.

Q: What if I need to keep my receipt because I am traveling for business?
A: That is not a problem. The Universal Cinemark Box Office will only keep the bottom portion of your parking receipt in order to facilitate your reimbursement. You will still have the top portion for your records.

Reimbursement is valid only on the date of purchase and redemption of parking fee and movie tickets, and cannot be combined with any other offers and discounts.
